These terms and conditions are set to protect the privacy and liability of our customers and our store. In no way do these directly affect the customer in a negative way, unless made of their error.

1. Order Modifications

We offer order modifications to orders, such as adding, removing, or changing items. Modifications like these need to be made at least 2 hours in advance. This makes sure we can update our Sigma Shippers to give you the items you need!

2. Payment Process

To pay for your order, we have multiple methods in place. First, the easiest, is to Interac E-Transfer. Simply ask us for the phone number to send to, and you can finish it in under 3 minutes in your bank accounts app. The second method we use for payments is Cash. Simply follow the instructions, which will most commonly be to place the ice cream in a specific locker, provided to you upon request. We are working to accept Tap payments and other contactless payment methods such as Apple Pay. This will further simplify the payment process. 

Orders can be placed before payment is given. Payment needs to be received by SigmaSweets at least 2 hours before your order is scheduled to be fulfilled. This will help us make sure that the order is submitted and paid for properly. If payment is not made, the order will be delayed. After 2 weeks of no payment and delays, your order will be removed (unless heavy delays and many orders). If you are ordering for same-day snacks, please make sure you pay as quickly as possible.

3. Receiving Process

We will do our best to notify you as much as possible in advance to let you know the date your order will be fulfilled. Most orders can be fulfilled any time of the day. We will normally deliver your order to you during the time of your lunch period. If you are ordering the same day you would like to receive the item, your order can only be dropped off at lunches A and C on Day 1, and lunches B and C on Day 2. The orders will usually be placed in a specific locker, and the number will be provided to you. Please pick up your order from that locker as quickly as possible, to keep the drop off safe from being taken from another person. If you confirm your order date, and do not reply or pickup your order, we are not liable to replace your order, or provide you any compensation, unless it is a reason of our error.
